for this exciting all-new Club, our current program will be coming to a close.

WA
Effective 14 October 2026, the current Club loyalty program will be discontinued in Western Australia,
and replaced with a new Club program, in participating stores. From 10th August 2026, new
Memberships to the current Club Program will no longer be available. Between 10 August and 13
September 2026, existing Club Members can continue to earn and redeem Club Points as usual in
Western Australia stores. From 14 September to 13 October 2026, Members will no longer earn
points but may continue to redeem existing points in Western Australian stores. From 14 October
2026, Club Points will be forfeited in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions & the
program will cease. Updated Terms and Conditions will be available on the website and app at
launch, and from 14 October 2026, the current Club Terms and Conditions will cease to apply to
Western Australian Members and interstate Members visiting Western Australia.

VIC, NSW, ACT, NT & TAS
Effective 5 November 2026, the current Club loyalty program will be discontinued in Victoria, New
South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory & Tasmania, and replaced with a new
Club program, in participating stores. From 10th August 2026, new Memberships to the current Club
Program will no longer be available. Between 10 August and 4 October 2026, existing Club Members
can continue to earn and redeem Club Points as usual in stores in Victoria, New South Wales,
Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory & Tasmania. From 5 October to 4 November 2026,
Members will no longer earn points but may continue to redeem existing points in stores in Victoria,
New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory & Tasmania. From 5 November
2026, Club Points will be forfeited in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions and the
program will cease. Updated Terms and Conditions will be available on the website and app at
launch, and from 5 November 2026, the current Club Terms and Conditions will cease to apply to
Members in Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory & Tasmania
and interstate Members visiting these states.

QLD
Effective 11 November 2026, the current Club loyalty program will be discontinued in Queensland,
and replaced with a new Club program, in participating stores. From 10th August 2026, new
Memberships to the current Club Program will no longer be available. Between 10 August and 10
October 2026, existing Club Members can continue to earn and redeem Club Points as usual in
Queensland stores. From 11 October to 10 November 2026, Members will no longer earn points but
may continue to redeem existing points in stores in Queensland. From 11 November 2026, Club
Points will be forfeited in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions and the program will
cease nationally. Updated Terms and Conditions will be available on the website and app at launch,
and from 11 November 2026, the current Club Terms and Conditions will cease to apply to Members
nationally.
