Account deletion request

Your account deletion request has been initiated. The process will take 15-days to complete. If you change your mind, please reach out before the deadline provided to retain your account.

How to initiate

• Log in to your account on your TCC Rewards App.
• Visit the settings section and scroll to the very bottom.
• Click on Close Account Permanently.
• Confirm by selecting Delete.

What to expect

• You will receive a confirmation once the deletion process is activated.
• Your account and associated data will be permanently removed after the 15-day processing period.

Changed your mind?

If you would like to cancel your deletion request, contact our support team as soon as possible — before the deadline given in your confirmation email. After that date, the deletion cannot be reversed.
