How to cancel your subscription

Log in to your account via your TCC Rewards App or via our website on the Existing VIP Member Portal sign in page here: https://accounts.thecoffeeclub.com.au/

If you're in-app, visit settings and select VIP Membership Portal.

Next select the Update Payment Details option.

Next select the Cancel Subscription option, followed by confirming by selecting Cancel Subscription again.

Cancelling your subscription

If you have requested to cancel your subscription renewal, your membership will lapse on the current expiry date. There will be no further charges made to your account.

What happens after cancellation?

• Your VIP Membership will remain active until it lapses the current expiry date.
• No further charges will be made after your membership lapses.
• You can continue to use the TCC Rewards App to earn free rewards points.
• VIP coffee discounts will cease once your membership expires.
