My reward points haven't been added to my balance after a purchase

How reward points are earned

You earn reward points when you scan your app or loyalty card at the time of purchase. Points are earned on full-priced items only, if you order a discounted or combo item there is no additional points on top.

Why points may not have been added

Points are not earned on items that are already discounted under the VIP Coffee discount. If your purchase  only includes your VIP-discounted beverages, those items will not contribute to your points balance.

Think points are missing?

If you believe points should have been added to a transaction that is not covered by the above, we can look into it for you. To help us investigate, please contact us with a picture of your receipt or the transaction from your bank account. If these are available please provide the following details:

• Store name and suburb.
• Date of purchase.
• Exact transaction amount.

Our team will review the transaction and, if eligible, manually attach it to your account. 
We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Checking your updated points balance

Once your points have been added, your balance may not update immediately in the app. 
To see your latest points balance, please log out of the TCC Rewards App and log back in to refresh your account.
