Changing your email address

If you need to update the email address linked to your The Coffee Club account, you will need to submit a request to our support team. Only our team can make changes to email addresses, we'll take care of it for you.

How to request an email address change

Send us a message at vip@coffeeclub.com.au with the following details:

• Your current email address
• Your new email address
• Confirmation of the full name on your Coffee Club account

Our team will update your account and confirm once the change has been made.

Important things to know

• Any replies to your original request will still go to your old email address.
• All future communications from us will be sent to your new email address once the update is complete.
• If you're having trouble updating your email address in the app, this is a known limitation — contacting support is the correct way to make this change.
