If your TCC Rewards App is missing points or a coupon, we'd first suggest completing a refresh of your app.

To refresh please log out from the bottom of the settings section, then sign back in with your email and password.


If you'd like to pause/cancel or update your VIP Membership Subscription you may do so with these steps:

Visit VIP Member Portal sign in and log in with your email and password.

Click Update Payment Details, then you can Add Payment Method to fill your preferred card details.

Alternatively you can click Cancel Plan. This will cause your membership to stop at the next renewal date.
